"Introduction of Work-Based Learning in the Higher Education System" FORUM in State House

Under the auspices of the Prime Minister of Mongolia, the "POSITIVE MONGOLIA CONFERENCE", which has been organized since 2019 with the aim of bringing positive changes to society, was held today in the Great Hall of the State House on the topic of "Introduction of Work-Based Learning in the Higher Education System".

The Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Security Mr.Zulphar S., Head of Higher Education Department in Ministry of Education and Business, Doctor of Otgontenger University, National Coordinator of ERASMUS+MONGWBL Project Dr. Buyanjargal A., and Executive Director of Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr.Duuren  T. will give speeches at the conference and Mr.Ganbaatar Kh., Executive Director of the Mongolian Employers' Federation attended as panelists and discussed the program and legislative changes that need to be introduced in Mongolia's higher education system, including employment of students and opportunities to solve human resource problems in the business sector, and discussed solutions.

A total of 500 representatives from HEIs, employers, and project partners, including the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia, Otgontenger University, Mongolian University of Life Sciences, University of Finance and Economics, Dornod University, Mongolian State University of Culture and Arts, Golomt Bank, State Bank of Mongolia, and the Mongolian Tourism Association, all of which participated in the Forum.

At the end of the event, the organizers presented a recommendation on "Introduction of Work-Based Learning in the Higher Education System", and the working group announced that it would work to make a conclusion in September 2023.
